Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier! Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Returns Policy Return of Product by you must be in compliance with Fortuna Power Systems Procedures and if you fail to comply Fortuna Power Systems reserves the right to levy an administration charge (equal to 10% of the Product price subject to a minimum of £20). Failure to comply with the Fortuna Power Systems Procedures may also invalidate any warranty and in certain cases may result in Product being destroyed for which you will still be liable to pay.
Goods purchased in error are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
Faulty goods outside the 14 day Dead On Arrival time will need to be returned to us at the buyers expense. If the goods are less than 14 days old and are faulty we will arrange collection. We return all goods at our expense.
No returns will be accepted without a Returns Materials Authorisation ('RMA') number which may be issued by Fortuna Power Systems at its sole discretion. Returns must be in original manufacturer's shipping cartons complete with all packing materials, this can be obtained by e-mailling us Returns with the following details:
